After we received your payment and you signed the rental contract, you will receive a voucher with the exact address, opening hours of the local agency and a phone number of a local contact by email. You will have to show the voucher on arrival to be able to access to your holiday rental.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and other legislative and regulatory provisions applicable to the conclusion of online travel and stay contracts, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply to the provision of accommodation services. Consequently, the Client does not have a right of retraction within the framework of the conclusion of a rental contract with LOCASUN.
