Small pets are allowed. Residence situated right on the ski slopes and at 500m from the village center.
Bedlinen and towels are not included.
End of stay cleaning can be ordered if you do not wish to do it yourselves.

The accommodation is clean and well-equipped, but lacks a toaster and the coffeemaker is outdated. On the other hand, the bathroom is a black mark, with outdated sanitary fittings and inadequate electrical wiring.

The sofa beds are antiques that should have been replaced years ago, the covers and cushions smell bad (as does the whole apartment) and are clearly not washed regularly enough. The kitchen is under-equipped with very basic equipment. The apartment is as it was 30 years ago and would need a minimum of investment to make it pleasant to live in. The decor is minimalist and old-fashioned, the lighting is poor and unpleasant, there's no "mountain" atmosphere in the apartment, ... It's a pity, because the Chalmettes residence is very well placed in Montgenèvre, with direct access to the slopes and close to the center and activities...

Excellent stay by its site, modest apartment which deserves a blow of nine, the shower leaks we had to sponge all the long of the stay... bed linen not enough comfortable and condemned wall cupboard we could not put our business there... misses an apparatus at least has raclette we are with the mountain in short I will not say that it is the top...
