Above Auffach 1.8 km from the centre of Auffach, 6 km from the centre of Oberau, 17 km from the centre of Wörgl, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the skiing area. Private: terrace. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 2 km long motor access (mountain road).
