Charming T2 colored of 25m ² in the tourist district, you will appreciate the atmosphere "small Venice" to the proximity of the beaches (200 m from the beach). The apartment is functional and well equipped, the loggia will allow you to eat and take the aperitif while having a nice view on the marina and boats, an ideal apartment for those who like to forget their car during their stay because everything is nearby.
You are in the heart of the beach area while having the possibility of going to the city center very quickly thanks to the bus (in 10mn) by car (5mn) or by borrowing the stroll along the sea (30mn) You can by walking you see the shooting of "DEMAIN NOUS APPARTIENT" the owner will inquire if during your stay there is a shooting in the city and will make you share it
The apartment will be clean on your arrival and cleaned by the owner at each departure of the tenant
It is located on the second floor in a secure and well-maintained residence.
In this apartment there are 2 televisions, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room.
I ask for a deposit of 70 euros for the cleaning that I will give you back if the apartment is returned clean as on arrival
