Set in a private lawned garden, this charming and cozy Majorcan house is ideally located, just a few kilometres away from the sea and beaches of Port de Pollensa. From the front shaded terrace the main entrance leads straight to the lounge dining with a kitchen separated by a breakfast bar. In the ground floor there are also two bedrooms - a double room and a twin room. The double room has an en suite bathroom and next to this room there is also another full bathroom
From the lounge a stair leads to the upper floor where there is also a mezzanine which has an area for relaxing.
The surrounding space creates the sensation of being miles from civilisation yet Puerto Pollensa is not far away.
