A lovely one storey villa with many charming features. It is located just off the main road between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. From the driveway you enter the protected private gardens and the pool area, with furnished sun terraces and an open built in barbecue with outdoor dining area with many traditional rustic features.
From the pool side terrace the main entrance leads into comfortable living/dining room with Sat Tv/dvd. An archway goes through to the traditional fitted kitchen with facilities such as dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and other small electrical appliances.
There is a master en suite double bedroom with a door giving access to the pool area, and another two twin bedrooms which share the other bathroom.
Outside there is a large swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun terraces, and near the pool there is the lovely covered Bbq area which is ideal for making al fresco dinners. It is next door to a 4 bedroomed villa called Ros Gran, and so for groups of up to 14, these villas would be an ideal choice for big parties.
