This Majorcan style villa is set amongst extensive gardens hosting plants and shrubs with a lawn area surrounding the private swimming pool. This two storey villa is ideal for groups and large families. The villa has been decorated in a combination of modern and traditional style with white walls, terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings and traditional furniture.

The main entrance is under the shady front terrace. This leads straight to the lounge dining area, which is equipped with satellite Tv and Dvd player. To the left a door gives access to the fitted kitchen, equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. To the right there is a shower room and the garage, which now is used as a utility room where the washing machine is placed. A twin bedroom completes this part of the house.
