The accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette from which you can admire the view of the surrounding hills, a double bedroom, a bathroom.

The city center and the lakefront of Salò and all services can be reached by foot in just 2 minutes. The car is not necessary to move around.

Art and history enthusiasts can visit the new museum of Salò (500 mt only 5 minutes walk) called "MUSA", as well as stroll along the shopping streets and the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (2 km).
The area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Furthermore, you can visit the historic center of Salò and its lakefront.
You can also reach the picturesque villages of the lake with the pier (500 meters) or practice sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving, golf course just 10 km away, hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding centers .
In the surroundings there are numerous natural parks and water parks for the entertainment of young people and adults. A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
