We offer for rent a spacious and bright three-bedroom apartment in the new modern complex 'Residencial Alegría VII' with sauna and swimming pool a short distance from the beach. The 106 m2 apartment consists of a living room, three bedrooms, an American-style kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: furniture, modern appliances (including a dishwasher), crockery, bedding and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish television. The building has a Finnish sauna and a heated swimming pool. Sauna services are charged separately. The Del Cura beach is less than 90 metres away. It is very well located, with a Consum supermarket 300 metres away, a Masymas 400 metres away, and bars and restaurants 100 metres away. The nearest bank is 250 metres away. On the upper street there is a 24-hour pharmacy. Accommodation option for up to 6 people (no pets allowed)! Smoking is not allowed!
The check-in process is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Check-out is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Check-in or check-out outside office hours, on Sundays, weekends and public holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am-3:00 pm, Sunday - closed. A 200 euro deposit is paid upon check-in.
