Warm apartment of 26m² for four to six persons on the second floor of the residence. Its west facing balcony offers superb views of Mont Charvin and the valley. Moreover, it is at the foot of the ski slopes and the departure of hikes!

The foot of the slopes of Flumet, located at Les Evettes, is an ideal starting point to discover the Espace Diamant.
In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Evettes chairlift, open 2 days a week, allows you to easily access the most beautiful panoramas of the Aravis. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 3km away.
