Furnished rental per week 2/4/6 pers. at 5 min. from the Tarn valley
Small furnished house of 51 m2 completely renovated recently, to rent furnished for a week or more.
Ideally located in a quiet area in a small hamlet in the village of Cadiz, 5 min from the beautiful Tarn Valley and the beach of Trebas. All shops and services in Trébas and Réquista (10 min). Albi is 30 min away, Rodez is 45 min away, Millau, its viaduct and the Gorges du Tarn are 1h away, Toulouse is 1h15 away. It is thus an ideal point of fall between South-West and Massif Central.
Swimming enthusiasts can enjoy the beach of Trébas, the lakes of Villefranche de Panat and Pareloup.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor: a living room with table, TV, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A large covered terrace on the side with barbecue area. In front of the lodging, a terrace corner with lawn and garden table, south-west facing.
First floor: a bedroom with double bed 140x190, chest of drawers, bathroom (shower, WC).
Mezzanine : 2 single beds 190x90 and 180x80 with storage cupboards.
July and August rates (booking from Saturday to Saturday - price indicated on the site for 6 people). Reduced rates in June-September, and even more in low season. Outside school holidays, possibility to book with other formulas than from Saturday to Saturday (day, week-end...). Contact us for more details. A deposit cheque (not cashed) of 300 euros will be requested on arrival, as well as 30% of the price of the stay as a deposit to confirm the reservation.
Final cleaning if not done by the tenant : 50 €.
Sheets and towels rental if needed : 10 €/pers./week.
