A stone's throw from the beach, next to the Croix des Marins pier (La Chapelle district), cycle paths and local shops, 21m2 STUDIO on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator, comprising: entrance, new shower room with WC, new, equipped kitchenette in the living room (pull-out sofa bed/TV/WIFI), south-facing balcony. No washing machine. Bicycle room. No parking space.

Linen not provided, can be rented through agency: 1 pack 160cm: sheets + towels = 42€/week.
Optional cleaning package = 30€.
