Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Bathroom, shower, 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Access included to "Le Spassio" spa center (swimming pool and sauna) 100m from the residence - closed Mondays and Fridays in low season and Fridays in high season open from 1 to 7 p.m. Residence "Résidence Privilège", 4 storeys, renovated. 109 apartments in the residence. In the resort Peyragudes, 100 m from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool (12 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, pool opening hours: 13:00-19:00). In the complex: reception, WiFi (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Luchon" 15 km. Chair lift, skisport facilities, slopes 100 m. Nearby attractions: Luchon 15 km, Tarbes 75 km, Toulouse 140 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Peyragudes. Hiking paths: Les Pyrénées. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Good reception, nice and practical apartment (we miss some equipment for the kitchen (casserole, pancake pan, measuring glass...). The apartment has a ski room. Small drawback concerning the apartment: noisy from 6:30 am and concerning the swimming pool the water is very little heated and frankly it is not what one expects after the end of a day. On the other hand we went to Balnea and it was great (ps: outside the school vacations, it is not too crowded) On the other hand we were disappointed concerning the price of the ski lifts (few open slopes but full price!) - ps the "skyvall" return trip included in the ski lift price Finally, the restaurant "la sirène" is very good with good home made fries

Very well located. We rented an apartment for 8 people. I would like to highlight a very negative point, as we had no hot water, or even water, every evening of the week. Apparently a known boiler fault that has existed since the start of the season, the information was passed on by reception following our complaints. No solution according to them, yet they continue to rent at full price... we're clearly unhappy.

A magnificent setting but the cleanliness of the apartment and beds was catastrophic with stains and dog hair everywhere (curtain, plaid, carpet). A good 45 minutes of cleaning at our arrival... and a report to the reception.
