This beautiful ‘upside down’ townhouse with sea views is available for short term holiday rental, split over three floors, with simple, clean and fresh decor throughout. It has plenty of sunny outdoor terraces so take full advantage of the sea views from the top floor terrace or soak in the Algarvian sun in this peaceful location just a short walk from the main town.



Set in a quiet area, this property is just a 20 minute walk from the long, sandy Meia Praia each and 5 minute drive from the picturesque Lagos marina, shops and all that Lagos has to offer.



This property is accessed on the middle floor, where you will find a bright airy living area which has an earthy decor and calming navy tones, from the lounge there is direct access to one of 3 terraces the property has to offer and a cloakroom bathroom.



The property has a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all you need for a stress-free self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, and also has a separate dining space and from the middle terrace you have views of the communal pool or you can watch the sun-rise over Lagos and the nearby Meia Praia beach.



On the lower floor you find the master king size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a second double which is currently configured as twin beds and serviced by a second family bathroom.



Both rooms are decorated in soft neutral tones and have direct access to the gated private courtyard through glass patio doors where there are sun loungers for catching the early morning sun. From this courtyard you can also pass through the gates to the communal pool area or ascend the outside staircase back to the living area and middle terrace.



The spacious top terrace, accessed via the inside staircase from the living area, has breathtaking views over the city of Lagos and ocean views of Meia Praia beach, it is equipped with a dining table, comfortable outdoor sofa seating and benefits from an additional outdoor kitchen. With a second dishwasher, sink and BBQ so you can cook and entertain while enjoying the sunset and sea views in the distance. Perfect for evening entertainment under the stars and al fresco meals in the warm evenings.



The modern Lagos marina is just 15 minutes walk away and has a large selection of bars and restaurants and several kiosks where you can book a boating trip to discover the rugged coastline or watch Dolphins in their natural habitat Across the bridge from the marina you’re in the old town of Lagos, with its narrow winding streets and rich culture, offering cuisine from around the world and a large selection of shops and restaurants in the main square that's a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike, with its cafes and street performers. At night the town centre is lively and friendly, with bars and live music open into the early hours. It's also only 20 minutes by car to the Autódromo Internacional, where the Portuguese Grand Prix is hosted
