For a stopover or a stay, we offer you our gite, located in the commune of Brégnier Cordon in the Ain department, in a quiet, secluded setting. Along the Viarhôna greenway, close to numerous lakes (Bourget, Aiguebelette, ...) and many discoveries in the area (museum, nature reserve, Walibi park, castles, ...) not forgetting the Glandieu waterfall in our village.
Declared and classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation. Sleeps up to 4/6 people. Open all year round. We do not rent this gite to noisy, festive groups or families. We wish to preserve the calm of the premises.
Overnight stays available for periods without heating, week or month.
Renovated accommodation on 2 levels: ground floor with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms that can be rented individually, 3 and 4 beds, each with private bathroom, shower and WC.
This gite is equipped with air-conditioning and optional heating, so you can manage your consumption directly.
In the private, enclosed courtyard, equipped with garden furniture, a laundry cottage with washing machine and secure bicycle shelter.
In front of the gite, a lawn area for relaxation and games, a barnum with picnic tables and barbecue available for communal meals.
Free WIFI access, private parking.
Activities in the area, bicycles, rollerblades and scooters on the greenway, swimming, water skiing, Walibi theme park 10 minutes away, cultural heritage...
It's also possible to do nothing and enjoy the peace and quiet.
