Quiet, renovated farmhouse in a small hamlet in the countryside, 8 km from beaches, 15 km from Pornic and 45 km from Nantes.
Enclosed garden of 1400 m². Bicycles (6 adults and 4 children - €200 deposit), pétanque court, 2 swings including baby seat available.
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (courtyard bedroom: 1 bed 140x190, garden bedroom: 1 bed 160x200, children's garden bedroom: 1 bed 90x190 and 1 bed 120x190), shower room, bathroom with toilet, linen room and 2nd separate toilet.
Additional equipment: complete baby equipment, stereo, wifi, tumble dryer.
Electric heating and electricity included.
Not included: bed linen, towels, wood, tourist tax and final cleaning (150€).
