For quiet vacations between Pornic and Nantes, gîte on the first floor of the owners' house (separate entrance). Shared 1000 m² semi-enclosed garden with private terrace + approx. 2500m² grounds with badminton net next to the gite. Portico, volleyball, boules and sandpit available. Living room with balcony, separate fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 1 bed 140x190, 3: 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC. Additional equipment: freezer area, cot on request, WiFi access, stereo system.
Sheets and electricity included.
Not included: aerothermal heating, linen and tourist tax. Cleaning package compulsory for business customers (80€).
