The Gîte du Grand Chêne is located in a small housing estate, 8 km from the sea, between Nantes and St Nazaire (approx. 40 km). Independent, newly-built, it benefits from all modern comforts.
Enclosed grounds of 400 m² with south/west terrace. Garage.
Ground floor: spacious, bright living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with en-suite shower room (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), separate WC and linen room.

Included: bed linen and towels.
