Quiet gîte set in 8,000 m² of greenery, 3 km from town and 1.5 km from Lac de Grand Lieu, close to owners' house. 2500 m² enclosed garden with 2 terraces. Boules pitch, table tennis and 1 adult bicycle available.
Large living room with open-plan kitchen, separate WC, 1 bedroom with private shower room (bed 160x200 + bed 90x190) with disabled access, 1 small bedroom with private shower room/wc (bed 140x190 and bed 90x190 in mezzanine attic height 1.50 m).
Additional amenities: record player, stereo, DVD player, internet access, tumble dryer, cot, air-conditioning.
Included: bed linen, electric heating (floor), cleaning fee (except for business customers).
Not included: bathroom linen. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€). Pets: supplement 5€/day and deposit 100€.
