5 km from the sea and Pornic, in the heart of a quiet hamlet, gîte on the first floor of a country house (another 2-person gîte on the ground floor), adjoining another 2-person gîte. Private, unenclosed 40 m² garden + access to a shared wooded area (shared bicycle garage).
Ground floor: summer kitchen and independent WC. 1st floor: living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), mezzanine for children (very attic) accessible by ladder (2 beds 90x190), [hidden] and independent WC. Additional equipment: wifi, baby cot and high chair, freezer.
Not included: electric heating (7€/day), electricity, bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Cleaning package compulsory for business customers (60€).
Not suitable for young children.
