Tastefully and modernly renovated former cowshed (stone walls and exposed beams) located in the countryside, 40 km from Nantes and 35 km from Châteaubriant, close to the owners' dairy farm.
Enclosed wooded garden of 1100 m² (portico, badminton).
Ground floor: large living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 PMR-accessible bedrooms with private shower room/wc (1: bed 140x190, 2: bed 140x190 + 2 bunk beds 90x190) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 spacious bedroom (bed 160x200), children's corner with bunk beds 90x190, bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: Wifi, DVD player, radio, freezer compartment, complete baby equipment.
Included: gas heating, electricity and bed linen.
Not included: bathroom linen and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€).
