Spacious gîte in a very quiet location. In the quiet countryside, 18 km from Châteaubriant, fully renovated stone farmhouse adjoining the owners' home.
Spacious, enclosed relaxation area (2200 m²) with swing and table tennis, and terrace overlooking the countryside and animals (sheep, chickens, dog, cat, gallinaceous birds).
Ground floor: large living/dining room with open kitchen, utility room, 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 80X200 and private shower room/wc, 2: 2 beds 90x190 + bunk bed 90x190) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190 and private shower room, 2: 3 beds 80x200), separate shower room and WC.
Additional amenities: wifi, complete baby equipment (cot + mattress, high chair, plastic bathtub).
Included: wood heating (pellets) and bed linen.
Not included: electric heating (over 10kwh/d) and bathroom linen.
Compulsory cleaning fee (60€ for tourists and 80€ for professionals).
Fishing in the Chère river 500m away (fishing cards available from the owners, at extra cost).
Free visit to the Hunaudière Forges for any one-week stay.
