Unenclosed wooded park of 2.5 ha, with enclosed pond, heated infinity pool from late May to mid-September, weather permitting (shared with owners). Two private terraces, south and north. Portico and table soccer available (shared with owners).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1-2: 1 bed 160x200, 3: 2 beds 80x200) with private shower room, 1 with toilet, separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby equipment, DVD player, hifi.

Not included: electric and aerothermal heating (10€/day), bathroom linen, tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (120€).
