25 km south of Nantes, 10 km from Clisson and 500 m from the Sèvre river, this 18th-century mill is set in a quiet location, with stunning views over the vineyards.
Enclosed 350 m² garden with terrace (north). Spa from spring 2025.
Ground floor: separate kitchen, large living/dining room (2 steps) with pellet stove and opening onto terrace, linen room, shower room and separate through toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 90x190 bed.
2nd floor: 1 through bedroom (separated by curtains) with 2 twin beds 90x190.
3rd floor: 1 bedroom with bed 160X200.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, stereo, baby equipment (bed + mattress, booster seat, bath and changing mat), gas barbecue.
Not included: electric heating (meter reading) and pellet stove (€8/bag), bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee (€80 for holidaymakers, €100 for professionals).
