Nice STUDIO located between the church of Brou and the forest of Seillon. In the town you will find many restaurants and shops, but also the cinema, the theatre and several libraries. We are close to the university Lyon I Alimentec, III Jean Moulin, the ZAC of Brouyères and the ZAC of Monternoz in Péronnas, Renault Trucks among others.
We offer you a warm and welcoming accommodation. Our 20 m2 studio is located in Bourg-en-Bresse, 4 km from the city center, the Royal Monastery of Brou 15m on foot and a few meters from the Forest of Seillon. A magnificent natural paradise for walkers, joggers, mountain bikers and horse riders.
Ainterexpo and the Ekinox basketball stadium are 1.2 km away.
You will be close to :
* the Bird Park of Villars les Dombes 30mn by car, the leisure base of the tonic plain of Montrevel, 30mn by car, the Leisure Park of Bouvent, with the Golf of Bourg en Bresse with 9 holes at 10 mn by car . The Golf de la Bresse (18 holes) is 22 minutes away by car.
The medieval city of Pérouges is 20 minutes away by car.
The pine barn is a small lake 30 minutes away by car. The river Ain and its nautical activities are 15mn by car.
Our accommodation
Our apartment can accommodate one person. Our studio is located on the ground floor of a small building surrounded by greenery, with a courtyard in front and a garden.
The apartment has a sleeping/living area, a dining area and an office area, as well as a kitchen separated by a bar. It is equipped with central heating, VMC, hot and cold water. Ideal for history lovers, nature lovers, sportsmen, or people on a business trip.

Our apartment is a little bit out of the center of the city, but in a quiet area, close to the nature, to the sports structures of the city for your physical activity, but also, the possibility to park easily on the square or 30 m from the housing.

Our studio is non smoking, but you will have an ashtray to smoke in the garden.
