Villa Jaume is a charming pretty simple house situated in the tranquil C’an Xoti area in the lovely countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa (approx. 3.5 km from each). It is reached by a small lane and is quite private with hedges bordering the garden and pool area. With a private swimming pool (6m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with ladder) and an attractive partly lawned garden bordered by high hedges and plum, pear, orange and lemon trees, it offers cosy accommodation in a peaceful, rural location, yet within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and beaches. There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace, as well as an attractive Bbq area, whilst inside the house is comfortably furnished for a couple or family with children. There are splendid views of the countryside and Tramuntana mountains from the roof terrace.
