Apartment located 70 meters from the beach, near the central square of Canet plage, close to shops and restaurants, in a quiet street. The apartment has been refurbished. It is clean and comprises a large bedroom with air-conditioning, a living and dining room with television and two sofas + a bunk bed for a child over 6 years old and air-conditioning, a closed loggia that can be opened very easily, a bathroom with a shower in the bathtub and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. 2 bicycles are available in a bicycle room. A free, supervised parking space (included in the rental price) is 100 meters away in the underground parking lot.
