This beautiful two-bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard with modern fittings and a stylish interior. There is a spacious living area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. There are two double bedrooms with ample storage, a bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The home also has a private patio for guests to use.

This home has been recently redecorated in a classic, modern style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. The living room can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, and there is a separate dining area for family meals. The dining area overlooks the private patio and it’s flooded with light. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and ready for guests to be used. Each bed has a new double mattress and can sleep two guests, as well a sofa bed that can sleep another 2 guests if needed. The bathroom is neat and clean and comes with a bathtub for guests added convenience. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home also offers a free parking spot for guests to be used located on the house street.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.

Set in one of Oxford’s beautiful residential neighbourhoods, this home is walking distance to the city centre and has grocery stores and cafes in easy reach. Most of the neighbouring properties are family homes, and the neighbourhood has a wonderful safe and peaceful feel, perfect for families or those just wanting to get some rest and relaxation. The home is walking distance from the city centre and is in a great location to get around Oxford and explore. The Jericho area is a vibrant neighbourhood in Oxford, and is home to Oxford University Press, the Blavatnik School of Government and the former Radcliffe Infirmary. Situated next to the canal, there are popular attractions in all directions, West is the historic Port Meadow, North along the canal is Wolvercote, East are the University Parks and South is the City Centre.

Oxford is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guide has a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you’ll need help locating it. The home is on a quiet residential street, so we ask guests to please be courteous and treat the property and neighbourhood respectfully. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
