The Thuringian Farmhouse is located on the grounds of the SAALEMAXX, right next to the adventure pool, sauna and wellness world. Here exists a feel-good place that not only offers mere overnight accommodations, but literally immerses you in the beauty of Thuringia. The seven different themed houses pick up on the special and beautiful features of the region and convey the feeling of being immersed directly in the Thuringian Forest.
In the detached vacation home, old wood and country house style meet glass, concrete and modern interiors. The details convey a touch of luxury. The cozy rest area on the ground floor is separated from the open kitchen and dining area by the stairs. From here you have a view over the Saalemaxx to the Heidecksburg and the Thuringian Saale valley. Also on the ground floor is the children's bedroom with typical elements of Thuringian agriculture and a bathroom in the same style.
On the upper floor there is a gallery-like bedroom with a double bed and stylish typical interior. Your adventure vacation home also offers a large open terrace where you can unwind after a busy day in the adventure pool.
Not only the adventure pool right next to you is a vacation highlight, but many sights in Rudolstadt and the nearby Thuringian Forest. Especially recommended are the Saalfeld fairy grottos or the Oberweißbach mountain railroad. By the way, you can go directly in your bathrobe to your own entrance to the bath.
Also day trips to Weimar, the city of poets and thinkers, as well as to Erfurt offer themselves from here in with short driving time.
For every overnight stay you have free entrance to the adventure and sports bath. If you don't feel like cooking yourself or shopping for breakfast, you can optionally book these meals and have them served directly to your table in the vacation home via room service.
