1st experience with LOCASUN very negative, some clauses of the contract did not correspond with the description (covered parking and supply of sheets included). It took 4 phone calls and messages to finally get confirmation from LOCASUN. What's more, when we arrived, the lift wasn't working (for a couple aged 75, we had to take the stairs (2 floors + basement) and consider that we suffered a loss of use during our stay.
