Magnificent Villa for 6 people in Bahia Feliz. It consists of two double bedrooms with an EXTERIOR ANNEX WHERE TWO MORE PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN SMALL BEDROOMS. It has an area of 200 m2 with several terraces where you can sunbathe with beautiful sea views. Two bathrooms and a toilet, independent kitchen, dining room and living room. TV, air conditioning, washing machine, wifi and outdoor parking included.
Bahia Feliz is a very well located resort with a magnificent infrastructure, with shopping centers, supermarkets, boutiques, cafes, bars and various restaurants. Ideal for family vacations and very well connected to visit other places on the island of Gran Canaria.
IMPORTANT.
No noise from 23:00 to 09:00 hours. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace|balcony and outside. Smoking inside the property is forbidden. Pets are not allowed in the common areas and must be mainly in the outside areas of the property; at the time of the walk they must be on a leash. We have cribs and high chairs for children available. Please inquire for prices. With a warning of orange alert or higher, decreed by the Government of the Canary Islands or by the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, it is strictly forbidden to smoke outside and light the barbecue.
At least one week before check in, the guest must send the identity documents of all the adults who will be staying, as well as return signed documents c) and d) that will be sent at the time of booking.
