Rediscover your childlike spirit in this former school close to the gorges de la Loire, where Jeanine and Jean-Pierre have created a very independent gîte with a 56 m² courtyard that can be used as a covered terrace or carport, and 700 m² of enclosed grounds.
Nearby: Cascade de la Beaume 9 km, Lac du Bouchet and its forest (10 km), village of Goudet on the banks of the Loire 7 km, Arlempdes 8 km (medieval village and its castle, Loire, Plus Beau Village de France), Le Monastier 25 mn (abbey church, cultural center, museum of popular beliefs, brass festival). Shops, services and weekly markets in Cayres (11 km) and Costaros (6 km). The living rooms are on the 1st floor, and the outbuildings on the first floor are available free of charge. You'll find all the soul of the old school with its coat racks, desks and blackboard on the first floor, as well as a summer kitchen with TV in the old practical room and a relaxation room in place of the old classroom (wood-burning stove, wood provided free of charge). Auxiliary shower room and toilet.
The 1st floor comprises a kitchen, a separate living room with dining area and relaxation area with sofa bed and TV, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), a shower room and separate wc.
