In a natural setting, set back from a hamlet, this gîte is an old independent farmhouse with a courtyard and unfenced grounds (3000 m²), just 5 km from the Lavalette dam and leisure center (swimming, sailing, rowing, hiking).
Nearby: Montfaucon 6 km (church, unique collection of 12 Flemish paintings, tourist train, shops), Dunières 12 km (greenway, shops and services).
All shops and services in Yssingeaux (13 km). First floor: dining room with wood-burning stove, separate fully-equipped kitchen, separate living room with sofa bed and TV, laundry room, WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room with toilet.
