Spacious and independent, this large, carefully appointed gîte is a beautiful stone house opening onto a large terrace (55 m²) and unfenced grounds (600 m²) with pétanque court and parking.
Nearby: Etang du Péché 3 km away and play area in the trees (from 3 years) 1.5 km away, medieval villages of St-Pal-en-Chalencon (6 km) and St-André-de-Chalencon (14 km), Château de Chalencon 5 km away. All shops and services in Craponne-sur-Arzon (15 km). Bakery and grocery store in Tiranges (2 km). The first floor comprises a huge living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sitting area (flat-screen TV) around a wood-burning stove, separate toilet.
The 1st floor is divided into 2 separate areas (2 separate staircases), each comprising a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 100x200cm bunk beds, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate wc.
For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, and cleaning is included in the price. Free wired or wireless Internet access.
Heating by heat pump and wood for the stove included in the price.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you will be charged 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
