This independent gîte is located on the 1st floor of a communal building housing the town hall, with its own private enclosed courtyard (50 m²) and separate entrance.
Close to Lavoute-chilhac (14 km): white-water sports, canoeing and swimming, and Langeac (18 km): collegiate church, Jacquemart museum, old town, Jahon beate museum, mountain bike area, forest adventure trail, weekly market, St-Gal festival in July, all shops and services. It comprises a living room with fitted kitchenette and sitting area with TV, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and a bathroom with toilet.
Electric heating extra according to consumption.
Baby equipment: cot and high chair on request.
