This large, detached house is ideal for welcoming families and friends, while offering a breathtaking view of the château de St-Ilpize on its rocky promontory. You'll be enchanted by the beauty of the Allier Gorges (the river flows 200 m below) and the Mediterranean architecture of the small perched villages.
Outside the gîte, you'll enjoy the unenclosed courtyard and its lime tree. A few steps lead up to the entrance (direct access to the 1st floor), while the first floor is used as a hobby room, occupied 1 half-day a week.
Nearby: unsupervised swimming at 200 m, tennis at 1.5 km, Lavoûte-Chilhac at 9 km (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier), Chilhac at 14 km (medieval village, paleontology museum, basalt organs), Brioude at 14 km (basilica, lace hotel, old town, salmon house, all shops and services). The 1st level of the gîte comprises a large living room with sitting area (TV) and kitchenette, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bathroom and separate toilet.
On the upper floor, a large mezzanine can accommodate 4 beds (4 x 90cm), and there are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 140cm bed, and a separate bathroom with toilet.
Electric heating extra according to consumption.
Baby equipment: wooden high chair.
Cleaning service available: €50 (an equivalent deposit will be requested on arrival).
