Self-catering cottage in the heart of a small wood in the Meygal forest, 1 km from Lac Bleu.
This small house enjoys a privileged natural setting in a beautiful environment of birch and bilberry trees.
Enjoy the outdoor terrace (17 m²), the private, unfenced grounds (approx. 1000 m²) and the small wood (1 ha) surrounding the property.
Nearby: Lac Bleu 1 km away. St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km (church, Jules Romains museum, weekly market, all shops and services). Slightly elevated, the first floor is accessed via the outdoor terrace and comprises a living room (closed hearth fireplace, TV) with fully-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed), a shower room and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, a small mezzanine with a relaxation area under the sloping roof and an attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and washbasin.
