The main house of a former farming estate set in the heart of the countryside, the Boucherand gîte is a beautiful detached house with a large 30 m² terrace facing a fountain, and large unfenced grounds (4600 m²).
Nearby: Lavaudieu and its cloister (13 km), Chavaniac-Lafayette botanical conservatory and château (6 km), medieval village of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog) 19 km, La Chaise-Dieu 28 km. All shops and services in Paulhaguet (3 km). Accessible on one level with a ramp, the first floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility: dining room-kitchen, living room (TV, DVD player), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom with toilet.
On the 1st floor are 3 further bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, the last 2 bedrooms being able to communicate with each other. A bathroom and separate toilet are also available on this level.
Electric heating available at extra cost (12 kWh free per day).
Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair.
Option: One set of sheets per bed and per stay: 12 € for a double bed, 10 € for a single bed.
