This former semi-detached farmhouse with its own entrance is located at the foot of the Lizieux peak, with uninterrupted views over the rolling Meygal and Mézenc landscapes. It features a large sheltered terrace for al fresco dining or relaxing.
Nearby: numerous hiking trails (sentier de Bonas, Pic de Lizieux...topo-guides and maps), Lac Bleu and La Lauzière miniature park 2 km away, fishing in the Bouchat ponds (2 km), Le Mazet-St-Voy 6 km away (farmers' market, clogmaker's workshop, botanical garden), St-Julien-chapteuil 13 km away (church, Jules Romains museum, rock climbing, all shops and services), Devesset and Lavalette water sports centers both 25 minutes away. Gently sloping access to the gîte via the wooden terrace sheltered by the pergola (42 m²), directly on the 1st floor: living room/kitchen (TV, wood-burning stove) topped by a small mezzanine with sofa bed. 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), separate shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
