The setting is lush between nature and the city, with a small stream running through it. Le vallon d'Olima is just 3 km from the center of Épinal, close to shops. The owner lives on site and will give you all the advice you need to make the most of your stay in Épinal. An equestrian center is just a few meters away (where you can park your Vans). New, independent gîte. External access via 3 steps. Raised first floor: 1 half-level bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room. WC. Living room with kitchen (sofa bed 120/190 cm). Grassed area with garden furniture. No smoking. Utilities included. Electric heating. Bed made up on arrival, towels provided.
Parking available in the courtyard, by the road or in a large parking lot opposite.
