Located in the heart of a residence, this gîte is on the 1st and 2nd floors of a chalet with 4 independent apartments.
The balcony overlooks the lake, which is within easy walking distance (200 m).
The town center (800 m) offers all amenities.
The Mauselaine station, served by shuttle buses, is 3 km away.
Close to Alsace (approx. 1 hour from Colmar via the Col de la Schlucht). The gîte is on two levels. South-facing with lake view.
The first level comprises

- shower room with WC.
On the second level: two attic sleeping areas with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140/200cm) (bed linen not supplied).
