Our 4-person gîte is housed in a Sologne-style house with enclosed courtyard in the center of the village, close to shops and amenities.
Coullons is in the heart of the Sologne region, with its many fishing ponds, hiking trails (GR 3, Loire à vélo, Loire river walks with the bargemen, etc.) and a great place to relax.
The Loiret is rich in prestigious villages, marinas, châteaux, museums, parks, gardens and other vestiges bequeathed by history.
Strollers will find plenty of opportunities for varied excursions. First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area (fireplace NOT usable), bedroom n°1 with 2 x 90cm beds, independent shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: a landing for relaxing, bedroom n°2 with 2 90cm beds, separate toilet.
Outside, there's a private courtyard enclosed by a gate, with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and plancha.
Parking: 1 space at the front of the house and 1 space at the rear in the enclosed courtyard.
Heating included, bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. Linen and cleaning package optional. For professional long-term stays (15 days or more), cleaning package every 15 days.
Deposit of 300€ for all rentals or 700€ with pets.
Arrival from 4 pm.
