In the heart of the Berry region, close to the Creuse and Cher departments, just a stone's throw from Sainte-Sévère and 15 minutes from La Châtre and Châteaumeillant. Sidailles water sports center 15 minutes away (swimming, water sports...). Water-ski base at Pouligny Notre Dame.
On-site 4,000m² shared grounds, a farmyard, a meadow for horses, a swing, a trampoline, a ping-pong table and bicycles for children. Detached stone house with private terrace and parking with automatic gate.
First floor: lovely living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge (fireplace) and direct access to the terrace via a bay window - wc - bedroom with 160 cm bed, private shower room and wc (access from outside).
Upstairs: a suite with access via the first staircase (1 bed for 2 people)/ shower room and wc and on the other side of the house another staircase leads to 2 bedrooms (1 bed for 2 people and 2 beds for 1 person) - shower room (Italian shower) / wc.
Low-temperature electric underfloor heating (invoiced according to consumption).
Bed linen and towels included in the price.
Rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage).
