On the borders of the Berry and Creuse regions, in the heart of the Vallée Noire, the land of writer George Sand, close to La Châtre and Aigurande, in the heart of the countryside and isolated at the end of an alley, this gîte is ideal for numerous hikes and quiet, relaxing activities.
It's surrounded by meadows and woods, with a stream running through the low-lying area behind the house. Children will be safe here, as the 1st roads are far away.
Benefits: 5 km away, a water sports center (open from late April to late October) with ski lift and many other activities, including swimming, BMX track, disc-golf and pétanque, as well as an 18-hole golf course and a balneotherapy center. Renovated former Berrichonne farmhouse where you can relax in peace and quiet, with family or friends, in a large private garden.
First floor: large living room (stove), fitted kitchen, pantry/laundry room, shower room with walk-in shower, toilet with washbasin and bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 4 90 cm beds, shower room and separate toilet.

Heating by heat pump and wood for the stove (included in the price).
Baby equipment supplied on request (high chair, chair booster, cot with mattress, bathtub, changing mat, potty and toilet booster). 1 disabled WC on ground floor with adapted sink.
