In the heart of the Berry region, close to the Creuse and Cher departments, a stone's throw from Sainte-Sévère and 15 minutes from La Châtre and Châteaumeillant.
Sidiailles water sports center 15 minutes away (swimming, water sports...).
On-site 4,000m² shared grounds, a farmyard, a meadow for horses, a swing, a trampoline, a ping-pong table and bicycles for children. Detached stone house with private terrace and gated parking.
First floor: lovely living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge (fireplace) and direct access to the terrace via a bay window - wc.
