In Berry, ideal for observation, located in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, 10 km from the first village on a hiking trail, you'll enjoy a change of scenery in a wilderness populated by dense flora and fauna. Single-storey gîte located at the rear of the owners' farmhouse with terrace (overlooking the ponds) and enclosed grounds: fitted kitchen / living room - sitting room with wood-burning stove - 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 1 x 120 cm bed - shower room - wc.
Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption) and wood (€45 per stere).
Parking and small enclosed garden.
