Cosy gîte in Berry, close to Châteauroux and 20 minutes from the House of George Sand, the medieval Château de Sarzay, Argenton-sur-Creuse (Berry's Green Venice) and Gargilesse-Dampierre and St Benoit du Sault (one of France's most beautiful villages).
Plus: on-site badminton, pétanque and swings. Right next to an 18th-century château with views over the green countryside, detached house with on first floor: entrance - vestibule - shower room - toilet - fitted kitchen - dining room - large living room - 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm x 200 cm bed) with its own bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (7 single beds) and 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm by 200 cm and crib) - bathroom - toilet.
Bed linen, heating, end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
Bed linen is cleaned by a laundry company to ensure a high standard of hygiene. You'll find them at the foot of each bed, as we don't put them in place.
Towels can be rented for €7 per person.
Wifi free of charge.
Enclosed garden with river and south-facing terrace.

The gite is at the end of the driveway next to the château.
