House located in the village center, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a village where you can visit its unusual church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco or go swimming in the Creuse (beach 1km away on foot).
A swimming pool heated according to the weather (shared with 3 other gîtes) from May to September, 1.50 meters deep, a chalet (shower and WC), authorized hours 10am, 9pm, and wood-heated Nordic bath (not operational July, August);
5 minutes from the town of Argenton-sur-Creuse (Berry's green Venice) with its market, archaeological site and shirt-making museum, and 10 minutes from the village of Gargilesse (one of France's most beautiful villages). Vallée de la Creuse (Lac d'Eguzon, beaches, canoeing...) and Parc Naturel de la Brenne will complete your stay, Zoo Parc de BEAUVAL 1h15 away. Detached house with 100 m² garden (not attached / on the side of the house) and private parking.
First floor: large living room with wood-burning stove / dining room / fitted kitchen - shower room with 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 washbasins.
Upstairs: 2 walk-through sleeping areas with a landing area (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a sleeping area with (2 double beds and 2 single beds in alcoves), dormitory;
Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption) and wood (€45 per stere).
Private garden of 100 m² and shared staircase area of 2,800 m² with trampoline, ping-pong table and petanque court.
Garden furniture and barbecue.
Greenway 2 minutes away, bike rental available in Argenton-sur-Creuse.
