In Brenne, close to ponds and observatories, but also to the Creuse Valley, in exceptional surroundings with river and shared pool from April to mid-October (11 x 6.5 meters), old walnut mill with terrace and private garden and small island. First floor: large living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and wood-burning stove, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen - shower room / wc.
Upstairs: bedroom with 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with 3 single beds - wc with washbasin.
Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption) and wood (€45 per stere).
Sheets and towels provided.
1st category river "La Sonne" and "Brenne" bicycle circuit pass in front of the property.
