Chalet close to resort center and shops.
The chalet faces south, facing the Beaufortain massif and Mont Bisanne.
3-room apartment on the garden level of the chalet, south-facing with no balcony.
The apartment comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room with a 140cm sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2x80cm bunk beds and a 2x80cm pull-out sofa bed, and a bathroom with separate toilet ([hidden]: the upper bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6).
Access to the chalet is by a 100m footpath only, which can be difficult in heavy snow. The shutters of the 2 bedrooms are often blocked closed because of snow falling from the roof.
